Espiritu Santo Island, Vanuatu Part 2

We took a cup of ice back to the hut (doing this most days) and had a Baileys – yum. The afternoon was spent reading and sleeping - this is becoming a habit. Dinner was omelette and salad for me and fish, chips and salad for Pete. We thought about the chilli mud crab special but at home Mum & Dad often provide us with fresh mud crabs so we are bit spoilt in that department.
